HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES

The HART Nissan Concert Series is back at the Pavilion at Richmond Harley Davidson and we cannot wait to see our fans! Enhanced health and safety measures, as well as new requirements for entry, are in place to protect the health and well-being of live music. Here is what you need to know.

Enhanced Cleaning

Our team is cleaning and sanitizing the venue, giving extra attention to high touch areas, before, during, and after each event with disinfectants.

Face Masks

All guests, team members, and crew are required to wear a face mask (covering the nose and mouth.) Masks must be worn at all times upon entry and in common areas but may be removed while in your pod or seated area.

Temperature Screening

A no-touch temperature scan will take place at the main gate, before entry. You must have a temperature below 100.4 F for entry. Refunds will be provided for those who are denied entry.

HOW CAN YOU HELP KEEP THE SHOWS SAFE?

Pay attention to safety messages and warnings. Please be respectful of the artists, our staff, and your fellow music fans by following all health and safety guidelines.

Stay in your pod. Your pod is your space. Each pod is distanced from all other pods so you can take your mask off if you would like. You must stay in your pod during the concert except when you need to visit concessions or the restroom.

OTHER SAFTEY MEASURES

Physical Distancing: We have reduced capacity and adjusted seating protocol for physical distancing.

Standing Gold Circle: has been expanded to allow for POD distancing. We encourage your group to arrive together, pods are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

General Admission Seating: With over 66,500 square feet of event space, and limited capacity, self-social distancing is recommended within this section
